Becky has thirty-one years experience as a sworn Police Officer. Twenty-seven
years as a Patrol Officer, Sergeant and Lieutenant in the City of York, PA Police
Department. Twenty-three years of service in supervisory and command
assignments. In addition, she served four years as Chief of Police in a specialized
criminal investigation agency. She has extensive education consisting of
undergraduate degrees from York Collage of Pennsylvania and a Masters degree
from Villanova University. She also received specialized training in areas such as
Fingerprinting, Domestic Violence and Hostage Negotiation. She has served as
Instructor in several areas of expertise.  Becky is available as a resource for Police
Suicide, Post Shootings, Peer Support, and Hostage / Crisis Negotiations.

Renee retired from Roanoke City PD/ECC in Roanoke, Virginia after 28 years of
service. Renee currently serves as the Law Enforcement Training Supervisor at
one of Virginia’s 10 certified regional criminal justice training academies. Renee is
a certified instructor with the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services. Her
formal continuing education is in Administration of Justice and Behavioral Science.
Renee, along with Major John H. Collier, are co-founders of VA Law Enforcement
Critical Incident Stress Management, based at Central Shenandoah Criminal
Justice Training Academy in Weyers Cave, Virginia. They provide training for law
enforcement personnel nationwide in basic CISM and advanced Peer Support
coursework. The National Police Suicide Foundation's PSA program is inclusive of
VA LE CISM advanced curriculum. Renee also speaks nationwide on the topic of
Police Suicide Awareness, and instructs for SRR Training (MA), as well as OJJDP
/ NCMEC with the AMBER INITIATIVE, and co-Commands the Internet Child
Predator Initiative in VA.  Renee is a member of ILEETA and is available as a
resource for Police Suicide, Post Shootings, Peer Support, FTO/CTO training,and
Hostage / Crisis Negotiations.

instructor at their Academy. He holds an Associate of Arts degree in Law Enforcement and has
his Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice Administration. Bob is currently working on his
Masters in Counseling. He is an EMT and has also had FBI Street Survival Training, Advanced
