Thank You....

A survivor writes.... "I want to thank you for having me at your conference. It was a relief to finally meet others that have been placed in the same situation as I am. I learned a lot during your two day conference, especially about the humanness of law enforcement personnel. Before I went up on stage for the survivors panel, I had a plethora of wonderful and profound things to say. However, when the time finally came, my mind went blank, and all I could do was cry and feel that pain of not having my step-father around anymore. I suppose I rambled on a bit, but there were some people who said my brief presentation left an impact. Hopefully next year, I'll have more to say. I learned a very important lesson while I was at your conference. That lesson is that I don't have to be ashamed of my step-father anymore, I disagree with his choice to take his own life, but he was really a great guy. He was a good cop and a good father. I wish you could have met him. I wanted to thank you for having me at your convention, and I look forward to next year."

A seminar attendee writes.... "Thanks for your much needed voice and forum in the desert of blue silence. Overall, a very good experience."
"These couple of days have changed the way that I will regard police officers. I am a people person to begin with and I have had my senses opened and will be on guard for what I have learned here. I will apply this learning to all people as well as police officers, and will try to get more involved."
"Thanks for the Great seminar and fellowship. We are glad to support your work."

COPS Seminar.... "I just wanted to thank you for the class in Forsyth, Ga. that you taught. The information was very informative and your presentation excellent. Good luck in your work."
